Cake Selection

Apple Crumble  – Shortbread base topped with diced apples and biscuit crumble.

Baked Cheese Torte – Lightly baked shortbread base with a layer of vanilla sponge, delicious cream cheese with a hint of lemon.

Baked Ricotta Pie – Shortbread pie filled with a scrumptious mix of fresh ricotta baked with a sprinkling of sultanas and crushed pistachios.

Banana Cake* – Traditional Banana cake.

Banana Caramel Pie – Pie layered with sweet caramel, fresh bananas and finished with a pyramid of fresh cream.

Bianco e Nero – A Mezzapica specialty. Profiteroles filled with chantilly cream, then smothered in a creamy hazelnut chocolate. Finished with strawberries and shavings of chocolate.

Black Forest Torte* – Deliciously layered chocolate sponge, kirsch liqueur, sour cherries and fresh cream.

Bon Vivant Torte -  Baked chocolate mousse on a light hazelnut meringue sponge and decorated with fresh strawberries (gluten free)

Bread & Butter Pudding -  Baked traditionally, bread and butter cake with sultanas and apricot glaze

Caramel Mud Cake* – Caramel mud sponge layered with soft caramel ganache and finished with crunchy almond brittle.

Carrot Cake* – Traditional Carrot cake.

Cheesecakes – Traditional biscuit based chilled cheesecakes with your choice of lemon, blueberry, chocolate, strawberry or passionfruit.

Chocolate Fudge Torte* – An indulgence of chocolate sponge, moistened with rum liqueur and layered with chocolate fudge.

Chocolate Mousse Torte – Almond sponge encased with a delectable creamy chocolate mousse.

Chocolate Ricotta Pie – Shortbread pastry filled chocolate infused ricotta and topped with chocolate ganache.

Citron Flan – Tarty lemon curd sitting on a shortbread base.

Continental Torte* – Mezzapica specialty! Vanilla sponge moistened with benevento liqueur and then layered with vanilla and chocolate custard. Finished with fresh cream, almond slivers and fresh fruit.

Fruit Flan – Shortbread flan filled with vanilla custard and topped with your choice of strawberries or mixed fruit.

Grand Marnier Torte* – Vanilla sponge moistened with orange liqueur and layered with vanilla custard and finished with fresh cream, almond slivers and fruit.

Mango Coconut Torte* – Moist coconut butter sponge centered and topped with mango cheese icing.

Mango Mousse Torte – Delicious mango mousse sitting on a soft vanilla sponge base and topped with a fruit glaze.

Marble Mud Cake* – Intertwined chocolate and vanilla mud sponge, layered together with chocolate ganache and finished with sides of white chocolate pieces.

Mocha Mud Cake* – Chocolate and coffee mud sponge, layered and topped with mocha ganache.

Mud Cake* – A favourite for the chocaholics! Moist chocolate mud sponge centered and topped with sinful chocolate ganache and sides of chocolate pieces.

Orange & Poppy Cake* – A light sponge cake with a zest of orange and poppy seeds and layered with fresh buttercream flavoured with orange.

Pannacotta Torte – Layers of sponge filled with crème mousse and soft caramel.

Pecan Pie – Shortbread base filled with whole pecans and surrounded by caramel sauce.

Red Velvet* – Lush choc-cherry sponge with layers of light cream cheese frosting.

Raspberry Mousse Torte – A sweet base topped with white chocolate mousse and raspberries and finished with a raspberries coulis.

Sticky Date Torte* – Layers of date sponge centered and topped with caramel ganached and finished with almond brittle.

Strudels – German style strudels. Puff pastry with a layer of sponge filled with your choice of Apple/Cinnamon or Cheese/Cherry.

Tiramisu Torte* – Mascarpone cream filled chocolate and vanilla sponge moistened with coffee liqueur and finished with fresh strawberries.

Triple Chocolate Torte* – Chocolate sponge moistened with liqueur and layers of fresh chocolate buttercream and chocolate ganache and topped with chocolate dipped profiteroles.

White Mud Cake* – White chocolate mud sponge layered and topped with white ganache and sides of white chocolate pieces.
