We use authentic traditional Italian Pizza techniques:
- Our yeast dough is made fresh daily at our Chatswood Pizzeria.
- Our specifically designed pizza oven is seasoned for an hour before baking to ensure the correct temperature.
- The weight of our regular pizza yeast dough is 250g to ensure the thinnest and crispiest of crusts.
- Our mozzarella cheese and other toppings are delicate flavours and are properly balanced to ensure they are not overpowering.
- Ingredients are prepared fresh on the premises of our Chatswood Pizzeria.
